MAIN PROVISIONS OF THE KIBRITO OSOO SERVICE
1. Registration.
All users and companies are hosted on the platform for free.
Registration is carried out by receiving an SMS message on the phone number specified during registration.
When registering, both individuals and companies must sign the User Agreement, which stipulates that all responsibility for the goods and services placed on the platform (their functionality, quality, legality of distribution, description, etc.) rests with the person or company that has posted the product/service/information. In case of violation of the Agreement, the user will be blocked without the possibility of re-registration.
If violations of the law are identified, the contact details of the individual or company may be transferred to law enforcement authorities.
It is mandatory to fill in information regarding the right to conduct professional activities and to provide licenses when registering companies, in case the activity is subject to licensing.
During company registration, it is mandatory to fill in the following fields: company name, telephone number, address, location (geotag), description of services provided/categories of goods, website (if desired), social networks.
2. Payments and internal balance
2.1. The user has the right to voluntarily top up their internal balance in the application for subsequent payments for platform services.
2.2. Funds deposited into the balance are considered as prepayment and are credited to the user's personal account until they are used.
2.3. Topping up your balance does not mean purchasing a specific service and does not provide immediate access to additional features.
2.4. Payment for specific services (e.g., placing an advertisement, promotion, etc.) is made by debiting funds from the user's internal balance.
2.5. The balance can be topped up via third-party payment services on the platform website or by other payment methods provided by the Administrator.
3. Posting Advertisements
All registered users of the KIBRITO OSOO service may post advertisements in the application on their own behalf.
When publishing an advertisement, it is mandatory to fill in the following fields (name of the product/service, category of the product/service, condition of the product (new/previously used), location of the product/service, price, description. It is recommended to supplement the advertisement with photos (no more than 5).
For companies, advertisements correspond to product/service cards.
3.1. Individual advertisements:
3.1.1. Everything except real estate and cars is free of charge.
3.2. Companies, except real estate and cars:
3.2.1. STANDARD package: 10 product cards + placement of 1 promotion/coupon (the number of coupons for each promotion is unlimited) – €30/month.
3.2.2. BUSINESS package: 50 product cards + placement of 5 promotions/coupons (the number of coupons for each promotion is unlimited) + analytics on product card views and additions to favorites – €50/month.
3.2.3. VIP package: 100 product cards + unlimited number of promotions/coupons (the number of coupons for each promotion is not limited) + analytics on product card views and additions to favorites + highlighting 10 product cards with a frame (to attract attention in search results) – €100/month.
Note: when purchasing a 6-month package, you receive a 10% discount; and for purchasing a 12-month package discount is 20%
3.3. Companies in the Real Estate and Vehicle Sectors:
3.3.1. STANDARD package: 10 product cards + placing 1 promotion/coupon (the number of coupons for each promotion is not limited) – €100/month.
3.3.2. BUSINESS package: 50 product cards + placement of 5 promotions/coupons (the number of coupons for each promotion is unlimited) + analytics on product card views and additions to favorites – €250/month.
3.3.3. VIP package: 100 product cards + unlimited number of promotions/coupons (the number of coupons for each promotion is not limited) + analytics on product card views and addition to favorites + highlighting of 10 product cards with a frame (to attract attention in search results) – €500/month.
Note: when purchasing a 6-month package, you receive a 10% discount; and for purchasing a 12-month package discount is 20%
4. Additional paid services.
4.3.1. One-time promotion (boost) of an advertisement within its sector/product group – €2
4.3.2. PUSH notification from KIBRITO – from €100 (available for companies with BUSINESS and VIP packages).
4.3.3. Placement of an advertisement for 24 hours in storis format with analytics on the number of views and clicks - €10 (available to all companies).
5. Bonuses.
All users of the KIBRITO OSOO service receive bonuses for their activity:
5.1. Registration in the app – 100 bonus points;
5.2. Posting an advertisement – 50 bonus points;
5.4. Leaving a review about a purchased product/service – 50 bonus points;
5.5. Using a coupon – 50 bonus points;
5.6. Viewing stories – 2 bonus points per story.
Bonuses can be exchanged for coupons available in the corresponding section of the application.
6. Coupons
Coupons (promotions, special offers) can be placed by all companies that have connected a package of services (standard, business, VIP).
When a company publishes a special offer, it must specify the number of points required to exchange for a coupon and the total number of coupons issued for that promotion.
Each company has the option to place several different types of coupons. Their number depends on the type of service package subscribed.
The main provisions of the KIBRITO OSOO service are reviewed and approved by the company's management once every six months. You can always find the current rules in the mobile app and on the KIBRITO OSOO service website.
